Eastcoast Housing established in 1996, specialises in providing affordable low cost long-term accommodation for people on low to middle incomes. Eastcoast Housing is a not for profit public company registered under the Australian Corporation Law.
It is governed by a Board of Directors. Eastcoast Housing’s business spans from the south east metropolitan region to the far east Gippsland region.

Eastcoast Housing aims to be the preferred community housing service provider for our renter’s, other agencies and staff as having best practices of management and service delivery. Eastcoast employs two Housing Officers, a Property Manager, a part time Office Manager and a Managing Director. Eastcoast Housing continues to improve its human resource management practices and provide flexible workplace to its employees.
