Tenancy management is being transferred from Eastcoast Housing to Homes Victoria on 15 December, 2024.
The transfer is occurring because Eastcoast Housing is ceasing to operate and interim arrangements put in place by the Victorian Housing Registrar will end on 15 December, 2024.
Eastcoast Housing aims to provide equality of access to affordable housing for middle and low income earners.
Eastcoast manages 160 community housing properties from Aspendale in south east Melbourne through to Orbost in East Gippsland.
